This is my solo project, where I perform original music together with my permanent band. We’ve been playing together for years, mostly in the Eastern part of Norway. My first EP was released in 2021 (Safe Haven EP), with an additional music video for the single Take Me Dancing. In 2025 I released my debut album, and you can read more about it here.

The band members are:
Matias Steinnes Christoffersen (keys), Øyvind Kløve Kjernlie (guitar), Andreas Svabø (bass) & Vegard Staum (drums), in addition to myself, doing the vocals.

Soft City is another main project of mine. For the last couple of years we have been touring Norway, and we’ve been fortunate to play festivals in Germany, Poland and the Azores (Portugal). In January 2023 we visited Mississippi and Tennessee, doing a 10-show tour and representing Norway in the International Blues Challenge. In 2023 we won the second place in the European Blues Challenge out of 21 countries. We released our debut album Settle for the Moon on the label Kirkelig Kulturverksted in 2022, starring Knut Reiersrud on the song Let’s Make it Right. In September 2025 we released our second album.

The band consists of Ask Vatn Strøm (guitar), Håvard Ersland (organ), Joachim Mørch Meyer (bass), Vegard Staum (drums), and my self doing the vocals.

From time to time I join other bands and projects. Among them are the awarded pianist Tor Einar “Dr.” Bekken, Damer i Blues, Leif Anders Wentzel Big Band, Heimevernets musikkorps (concert band), S. Møller Stroband (big band) and Glommasvingen Janitsjar (marching band). I am very happy to contribute both live and in the studio, as a soloist or doing backing vocals. Since my teenage years I’ve also been doing funerals and wedding ceremonies. I find it truly rewarding to be able to take part in these special occassions.
